在中間值附近擺盪，那你必須提醒自己，你的生命裡還有很多可以慶祝和感到快樂的
人事物。花一點時間思考對你來說是對的小事和幸福快樂的感受，而這些可能已經在
等著你了——這會讓你的心情好起來，並且讓幸福快樂的感覺提升到更高的程度，今
天就好好努力思考吧。
