If we celebrated our defeats and our failures in the same way that we celebrate our successes, we would feel positive and happy all the time. And in a way, we should. Success can bring many obvious rewards, but a failure can also bring positives. However, the positives from failure are not usually as obvious and become more apparent as time passes. For example, even a failed effort can bring you great connections and valuable experiences or save you from going in the wrong direction. In a current quest, you need to celebrate every aspect of your journey, whether you see it as a triumph or a failure. Doing so will make you considerably more content, satisfied and grateful. 如果我們用跟慶祝自己的成功一樣的方式來慶祝失敗與挫折，我們就會一直覺得樂觀 又快樂。就某種意義來說，我們也該這樣做才對。成功可以帶來很多顯著的獎勵，不 過失敗也可以帶來積極正面的結果。然而，從失敗得到的積極正面的結果通常不會那 麼明顯，但會隨著時間流逝而變得更加顯而易見。舉個例子，就算是失敗的結果還是 可以為你帶來很好的人脈和珍貴的經驗，或是讓你避免往錯的方向走去。在你最近追 求某個東西的過程中，不論你認為這是成功或失敗，你都必須慶祝自己這趟旅程的每 一個面向，如此一來，將會大幅讓你更加滿意、滿足和感謝。 -- 願所有相遇都是美好而不留遺憾。 --
