When someone goes out for a few drinks at night and has one too many, they may wind up with a hangover. Some people advocate using the "hair of the dog that bit you" as a hangover cure. In other words, they believe that drinking a bit in the morning will make them feel better. But health-wise, it's not a good idea. When you ruminate on something that bothers you, it can make you feel pretty bad. So, you may go back and think it through again to try to get past it. But sometimes that's the worst thing you can do, and it becomes an endless vicious cycle. Let go of a worry, Moonchild.
