標題[問題] PEI 用國家駕照買車

下週要出發PEI Summerside 讀一年的Program
由於個人需求所以需要買車。
請問可否直接用國際駕照買車？
或是需要申請什麼前提文件才能買？（之後會換當地駕照）
By the way, 板上有在PEI的台灣人嗎？
