A Campus Tour in English

4pm to 5pm, every Monday and Wednesday, July 10 to August 2, 2006.

Course Description
This course is designed for students/citizens who want to have basic
skills to give a campus tour in English. The course contains four parts:
deepen knowledge of the university's history, architecture, campus, and
development; correction the pronunciation of English; guiding skills and
tips which are quite useful; simulation English campus tour. Students will
have to memorize, speak, and walk through campus. Although the course only
takes place two hours a week, students should take at least 6 hours a week
to prepare for class and finish homework.
Requirement
Anyone with basic English vocabulary and speaking ability is eligible for
registration of this course. Recommand that applicants should at least
finish Taiwanese junior high school level's English courses.
Attendance
The attendance is strongly important for this course. Every admitted
applicant should pay a NT$1,000 guarantee fee in advance. Any absence should
have two days ahead notice by e-mail and phone. Each absence without notice
will be charged a NT$100 fine. Students who have more than two absence will
be dropped out. The guarantee fee will be fully returned in the last day of
class.

cell phone number, and e-mail address. The deadline is
July 6th, and you
will be noticed by phone once you are admitted. The course is
FREE, however
all admitted applicants have to pay the guarantee fee, which is
NT$1,000 on
the first day of class.
