標題將pcb的dxf檔生成為3D模型

各位大家好，這個問題困擾我很久了
我現在有pcb的線路圖，需要把trace生長出來以便為之後做ansys分析，請問有沒有什麼簡便的方法可能直接extrude線路並存成iges或step檔？
