標題[問題] ANSYS熱應力分析，元素變形過大

做熱應力分析的時候出現下面錯誤，
元素變形太大，
需要重新劃分網格或是增加子步，
網格已經用映射SOLID70，子步加到60還是無法解決，
不知道有沒有人遇過這樣的情況..

One or more elements have become highly distorted.
Excessive distortion of elements is usually a symptom indicating the
need for corrective action elsewhere.
Try incrementing the load more slowly (increase the number of substeps
or decrease the time step size).
You may need to improve your mesh to obtain elements with better aspect
ratios.
Also consider the behavior of materials, contact pairs,
and/or constraint equations.
If this message appears in the first iteration of first substep,
be sure to perform element shape checking.
