SALT LAKE CITY – Carmelo Anthony said he feels no more impairment from his
right knee and is targeting Wednesday’s game at the Garden vs. Orlando for
his much-balleyhooed return.
Melo說：他感覺得他的右膝蓋不再有損傷並計畫在對主場對戰魔術時回來。
In his first comments since undergoing Thursday's procedure in New York,
Anthony also confirmed The Post’s story Sunday that the knee drainage
process revealed he has no cartilage damage that will require offseason
surgery or a long-term issue. Anthony said the fluid that stayed in his knee
for three weeks was likely due to a hamstring strain he had earlier this
season.

Anthony said the day of Thursday’s procedure he was still not feeling quite
right.
“The day of was only tough,’’ Anthony said. “But since I’ve felt it was
back to normal. It’s just getting the pop and power back in the knee.’’

Anthony is relieved he knows the cause of the fluid. Medical experts told The
Post last week fluid in the sign could well be a sign of cartilage damage.

“It was from a slight hamstring pull,’’ Anthony said. “. It was in the
back of the knee. It didn’t have anything to do with the actual knee, the
ligaments. I tweaked a hamstring and fluid just drained.
Melo說：這是一個輕微腿筋拉傷(它在膝蓋後面)，我沒有要對膝蓋、韌帶做什麼事(應該

“I saw everything with own eyes,’’ Anthony added. “I’m good now."
