小補充
P1 slide2 chronic hypertention定義第3點共筆上是字面翻譯
老師回信是寫說
如果病人第一胎出現gestational hypertension，在產後12週以後還持續有高血壓的現象
，則接下來懷孕的 hypertension,稱 chronic hypertension。
接下來的補充真的有空再看只是一些錄音不清楚問老師的地方

懷孕中human placenta lactogen( HPL) 的分泌與gestational diabetes 的
pathophysiology 有關
。妊娠中期胎盤分泌的HPL增加，胰島素分解enzyme活性也增加，產生胰島素拮抗作用，
造成血糖上升。
The metabolic action of HRL:
a) Lipolysis and increase in the levels of circulating free fatty
acids--providing a source
of energy for maternal metabolism and fetal nutrition.
b) an anti-insulin action--- leading to an increase in maternal levels of
insulin,
which favors protein synthesis and provides a mobilizable source of amino
acids for transport to the fetus
P21的slide52 的antepartum test 指的是
NST( Non-stress test):
Fetal heart rate acceleration in response to fetal movement as a sign of
fetal health.
