The 6th N Palsy
更正為病人無法往患側看
所以頭應該會斜向患側
所以這個病人的右眼無法往外側移動,因為第六對腦神經麻痺的緣故
應該會往右側(患側)看

The clinical features of a VI nerve palsy include:
1. total paralysis of lateral rectus muscle preventing the eye from abducting
beyond the midline
2. esotropia, due to the unopposed action of medial rectus - characteristically,
greater at distance than at near, and greater to one side
3. diplopia if binocular single vision had been developed - images are
horizontal and parallel to each other
4. head may be turned laterally towards the side of the paralysed muscle
in order to neutralise diplopia
