教案 1 許希賢醫師
Chief complaints: abd. dull pain, dizziness, change of bowel movement
for weeks
Present illness: This is a 76 years old male patient,
he was suffered from above chief complaints, he also had constipation
and diarrhea alternatively with body weight loss about 3 kg/half year.
Tracing his history back, he had hypertension and DM with
regular treatment, besides, there were no other systemic disease.
