本次Case Study(2010/6/11)有兩個題組 兩個題組之題目總共11題, 本組組員(公費+轉系)12人 分配題目如下 題組:Clinical correlation 1 第1題: 佩蓉 How and why, based on what serum biochemical exams, does Graves’disease diagnosed? 第2題: 志鋼 Please point out the clinical signs the patient have and explain the physio-pathological mechanism 第3題: 宗霖 What is the mechanism by which high levels of iodine inhibit thyroid production? 第4題: 岳霖 How does propylthiouracil(PTU) inhibit thyroid synthesis? 第5題: 俊昌 What effect does pregnancy have on the free thyroid hormone level? 題組:Clinical correlation 8 第1題: 育睿 According to steroid hormone synthesis, what is the role/function of 11β -hydroxylase? What is the mechanisms and influences if the enzyme was deficient? 第2題: 幸婷 Why the plasma ACTH and testosterone were increased in Anne’s case? 第3題: 英傑 Why did Anne have increased size of clitoris and hyperpigmented genitalia? 第4題: 紓涵 Did Anne have metabolic acidosis or alkalosis? Why? 第5題: 芷羚 How does the treatment: hydrocortisone and captopril work for Anne’s symptoms? 第6題: 信匡 What would be happening in the process of development if Anne did not found to be 11β-hydroxylase deficient and had no treatments at all? 目前狀況先分配題目, 最後由我統整 由於本次Case Study不同於已往, 會有臨床醫師前來品頭論足 而且此次報告佔成績比重不低 (還有就是一個人擺爛會拖垮整組的情形) 所以本次Case Study會找時間開會(預計兩次), 每個人報告其準備題目 因此在這次的總結報告裡有一頁是本組之工作分配暨執行表 提供給老師參考 所以本次Case Study你本人必須完成工作細項如下: 一. 準備(4分鐘以上~6分鐘以下)之PPT和Word(非講稿)檔, 沒有付上資料來源一律退稿 以上資料請於2010/6/1晚上10:00以前寄至 [email protected] 二. 你本人必須參與大約兩次開會(確切時間會再跟各位逐一確認並簽名) 以上若有覺得滯礙難行 煩請告知 以下開放推文(我會逐一通知各位) 例:羅柏特看到了 感謝各位撥冗看完 謝謝您 羅柏特 --
