People affected with DM1 have over 50 and can have as many as 2000 repeats. 醫學(二)76 答案應該是D，我已經申覆了 醫學(二)84(題目出得有點爛) 左心室擴大一定不是hypertrophic cardiomyopathy，因為它會造成主動脈瓣 下方狹窄(注意，不是主動脈瓣歐)，使得心室容積減少，另外， restrictive cardiomyopathy由於心內膜纖維化(造成主動脈瓣狹窄)， 使得心臟順應性下降、打出去的血不夠而造成心絞痛 之所以覺得他出的有點怪是因為restrictive cardiomyopathy 會造成心室容積增加嗎？ 醫學(二)92 有spoke-wheel的應該是肝臟的focal nodular hyperplasia 就這些 --
