3(b) 題目應該是說 如果你是蛋白質是否有辦法辨別出這三段序列的minor groove
把自己想成蛋白質 妳第一眼會先"認出"哪一段序列
何謂認出???-->意味minor groove和蛋白質有較多interaction(HB)
從a小題的結構可以看出G<->U minor groove 有較多
HB acceptor 和 donor 比起 G<->C的minor groove
所以有可能含有越多GU序列的比較容易被辨識出來

base .In A-type helix, in contrast, the 2'-oxygen projects
