UNSCGE-UNSCE Conflict OVER!!!--- Message: Today, on December 9th, 2009, we have created peace with the UNSC Blood Eagles after a 2 month long war involving 100s of thousands of casualties, mass bombings and destruction for both the UNSCE and the UNSCGE. The reasons for this war were invalid and after many peace negotiations I (representing the UNSCGE), and Ghostknife (Fleet Admiral of the UNSCE) have come to a common aggreement. This war was getting us nowhere, and was best left for the history books.While we of the UNSCGE did not start this war, nor care for it, nor wish to continue it we participated in it and did inflict losses upon the UNSCE even if only in the act of self-defense. Therefore, as a matter of getting along we have decided rather than to squabble over who is wrong and who is right, to just leave it in the past and move on. This, I hope we can all agree on. Some things are best left unmentioned. Now, paying closer attention to details. Our terms were the following: -The UNSCE leaves the UNSCGE alone. -The UNSCGE leaves the UNSCE alone. -Bombers are forbidden on both sides. -Unless in a friendly manner all communications between the UNSCE and UNSCGE be through Humanwarrior and Ghostknife. -The UNSCE takes down the reputation-harmful "UNSCGE is our farm" statement from their league homepage. There are further details that are still in discussion, one of them being the topic of what will be done with farmers/farms (raiders/raided). One thing is adamantite however, that any player being farmed WILL have the opportunity to fight back and obtain freedom in a fasion that is very possible no matter what your population.I and Ghostknife hope to have the final details ironed out shortly. As for the Eagles, let us hold no resentment, or hatred towards them...and if possible, be friendly with them...that is the only true way to get over this war. I also know that some of you have been recieving UNSCE attacks lately. Part of these are because of the farming topic still being discussed, other attacks are simply because the word has not gotten out that the war is over. This is understandable (trust me, I understand GK's situation, it isn't as easy as you may think to convince an entire league of something).However if you ARE being bombed please report this immediatly and report any conventional (non- bomber) attacks as well.
