標題[請益] LBO模型

小弟想向各位前輩與同學請教一下關於LBO的模型，還請各位不吝指教。
1.一個LBO模型有"可能"在post funding adjustment後沒有equity嗎?
2.對於剛接手第一年的公司，如果帳上沒有現金，各位會自行假設使用Revolver借款嗎?
3.如果使用Revolver，額度會使用多少? (剛好用來支付Term loan利息和CAPEX?)
麻煩各位指教了。
