這是CFA的相關問題。
Q: which of the following provides the most protection to a bondholder?
A: Call protection
B: Refunding protection
C: Sinking fund protection
答案是 A: call protection.
我的理解是A&C都是給issurer用的，所以選了B。
不知道這樣的邏輯是哪裡有錯了? 請各位大大幫忙一下。^^
