標題[問題] 如何辦理FRM延期考試?

小弟目前剛找到新工作，求職大不易，想把年底的FRM研到明年再考，
請問該如何辦理? 英文不夠好在GARP網站中不得其門而入
想請各位大大煩請告知，感激不盡 謝謝 ^^
