Warning: An increase in the level of interest rates will have an adverse impact on the mark-to-market value of the corridor note. In case of significant swap rise, the expected coupon will be nil and the note valuation on the secondary market will approach the present value of 100%. The corridor notes are not highly liquid instruments. There may exist a time when there is a lack of liquidity or low trading volume in the market for the note, which could result in a decrease of the market value of the note. Investors should be prepared to hold this note until maturity should it not be called by the Issuer. If the note is not held to maturity and the investor wishes to sell the note, the investor may not receive the entire principal amount invested. The price of the corridor notes can also be impacted by other market variables, including, but not limited to swap volatility, shape of the swap yield curve and the credit spread of the issuer. The investor is not allowed to join the issue on the secondary market. --
