標題[問題] effective rate and periodical rate

小弟有一個有關利率的問題要請教板上高手
四年 每年有CF
CF1:16000
CF2:25000
CF3:50000
CF4:75000
What is the PV of this CF when the effect of single year-end cash flows
and monthly compounding of interest is incorporated into the analysis?
解答是119413 但我朋友認為是117468 這是有關有效年利率跟名目利率
的問題 我不清楚怎樣才是對的 請各位版友幫忙了
不知道在這裡po問題是否違反版規 如果是 就麻煩版大刪除了...
