Adam Silver made it abundantly clear NBA wants to keep Bucks in Milw.
Silver also emphatically shot down talk of Bucks moving to Vegas.
Silver: "It's my hope we'll work something out with Milwaukee."
Silver insists the NBA won't be expanding anytime soon."
