After thinking a few seconds he responded, ``Yes and no. I regret making the decision, period,'' he said. ``I just felt that the effort had to change and if I had put someone else in charge and it hadn't changed I'd have been sick to my stomach.'' McHale also admitted he is sleeping far less since taking over as coach and it is taking a toll on him physically. The Bucks only used three players off the bench.
