標題[-Fx-] 書籤無法匯入 jsonlz4檔

重灌忘記備份
從舊資料找到
C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Application
Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\*\bookmarkbackups\bookmarks-西元年-月-日
*.jsonlz4
找到檔案jsonlz4 數個 皆有日期標示

有上網爬文看到 jsonlz4檔的說明
但是火狐匯入 只能匯入 json檔案
修改副檔名也無法解決
請問有版友可以解惑嗎？
