After five weeks between Nos. 12 and 15, the superstar pairing of will.i.am and
Britney Spears results in a top 10 rank at last, as "Scream & Shout" storms
12-8 on the Hot 100. The duet pushes 9-4 on Digital Songs (203,000, down 29%)
and passes 1 million sold to date. It rises 16-11 on On-Demand Songs (668,000,
up 26%) and 27-21 on Radio Songs (46 million, up 21%).
