Braves outfield prospect Gorkys Hernandez has been selected to play for
the World team in the All-Star Futures Game on July 13 at Yankee Stadium
in New York
He's one of the youngest of the 50 players selected for the annual Futures
Game. Five outfielders were named to the 25-man World team that will face
the United States Olympic Trials team in the game, which is scheduled for
the Sunday before the major league All-Star Game, which will be July 15.
