The Cambridge License Commission Tuesday night approved common victualler licenses for H Mart and three restaurants at 581 Massachusetts Ave. James Rafferty, an attorney for the businesses, said they will run a food court with a total of 120 seats in the supermarket. Harvest Co-op has already moved out of the spot to a new location across the street. Sung Choi, an attorney for H Mart, said the New Jersey-based company is targeting an opening date in late November or early December. When the 18,000 square-foot supermarket opens, the first Massachusetts location of the Japanese restaurant, Go Go Curry, will open in the food court. Sapporo Ramen, a Japanese noodle restaurant that already has a location in the Porter Square Exchange in Cambridge, will also open in the food court, along with bakery shop, Paris Baguette, a division of the Korea-based SPC Group, that will also serve sandwiches and beverages. H Mart opened its first New England supermarket in Burlington in 2009, and has 37 stores in the United States, Choi said.
