Female only one furnished room available from May 15th. female only. share kitchen and bath -room with two other girls. laundry is located on basement. the room is on second floor, with three big windows. there is a cleaning lady w -ill clean common area(stairs, hallway, bathroom, and kitchen) in the apartment once a week. furniture included a bed, a closet with big mirror, a cabinet, a desk, two chai -rs, TV, DVD player, AC, heat, and a refrigerator. most tenants in the apartment are students and professionals in their 20s. pets are not allowed. location: 10 min. walking from Davis sq. 3 min. from bus stop #77, 10min. to Porter sq. and 15 min. to Harvard sq. by bus. rent: $900 per month, one yr lease(lease starts from June 1th to May 20th) or t -hree months sublet (lease starts from June 1th to August. 20th); move in afte\ r May 15th. rent include internet and utility.
