我今天收到一封email,是一個 ESL meet up group寄來的 大概就是說他們需要英語非母語的學生去當白老鼠~XD 雖然說是免費,但還是要先繳個40塊, 兩個禮拜後出席率有到90會退還~ 如果你下午閒閒沒事,有興趣可以問一下! 以下是轉貼email的內容 Hello, My name is Christen Olds and I work at Teaching House, an English as a second language teacher training center in Boston. We are pleased to offer free English classes to any of your non-native English speaking patrons at our downtown center. Classes meet every day Monday-Friday from 1-3 PM. We have new courses beginning nearly every month.The classes will be taught by trainee teachers who are in the process of becoming certified ESL teachers. In order for them to become successfully certified we need enthusiastic English students ages 17+ from the pre-intermediate to upper-intermediate levels to attend classes everyday. Classes will be held in Faneuil Hall-South Marketplace, Building 1, 3rd Floor, above Godiva. Our next new class will begin on February 14. A $40 deposit is required to attend the 4-week course. At the end of the 4 weeks, any student with at least 90% class attendance will receive a full $40 refund. Students do not need to buy a course book, as materials will be supplied.I have attached a flyer to this email.
