該apartment家具全附。有一客廳兩房間一衛浴並附有廚房。一個月租金為1600
(原價為1750)。
地點便利，靠近stop&shop/cvs/等. 走路到Brooklin Village Station約2分鐘.
環境清幽，夜晚無吵鬧的大學生。

I want to sublet my gorgeous, huge and partly furnished 2-bedroom apartment.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms (5x4 and 3x3meters), 1 huge living room (6x5),
1 kitchen and 1 bathroom. $1600 for the whole apartment (the actual price is
1750). The apartment is in the middle of everything—stop and shops/
trader joe’s/CVS/Walgreen, etc. Very close to Brookline Village T Stop
(D Line)and bus stop number 66 is right in front of the house. Very quiet,
safe and cozy here. No undergrad students around.
Here what we want to give you.
- Discount: from 1750 you pay just 1600.
- Utilities (electricity and wifi): It's around 100 a month-we pay half for you.
- sublet fee (we have to pay landlord if we sublet): 400--we pay for you.
- Furniture--you can use ours.
