In a sense, I just see an NTU college student, also a political maniac,
show off his limited biological scope to an NTU master who merely pursues
the answer to the availability of ligand-conjugated liposomes for
cancer treatments.
The original question is whether such ligand-conjugated liposomes stand a
chance to be approved by FDA or be on sale even if they are vulnerable to
be expired or degraded in short time owing to the instability and
storage difficulty of these ligand-conjugated liposomes.
