【問題】： GenomeScan最後結果的部分看不太懂 【問題起因】： 這是我們大三生物課的期末報告作業... 我分到的部分是介紹GenomeScan這個網站的使用方式 (http://genes.mit.edu/genomescan/) 但是我自己之前沒有接觸過這個網站， 也非三類組科系，所以有一些部分看不太懂 【個人看法】： 目前已經上過一堂生物資料庫的課，瞭解比對的基本條件 茲嘗試翻譯結果參數如下 Predicted genes/exons Gn.Ex 基因序列資料編號、符合結果編號（引用結果較方便） Type 序列分段形式 Init = Initial exon (ATG 到5’接合端) Intr = Internal exon (3‘ 接合端 to 5’ 接合端) Term = Terminal exon (3’端到終止密碼子) Sngl = Single-exon gene (從ATG到結尾密碼子) Prom = Promoter 啟動子(TATA box / initiation site) PlyA = poly-A signal (consensus: AATAAA) S DNA strand (+ ：原始輸入順序; - ： 相反順序) Begin : 此符合結果的起始位置 End : 此符合結果的結束位置 Len : 此符合結果的長度 (從Begin到End) Fr : reading frame (a forward strand codon ending at x has frame x mod 3) Ph : net phase of exon (exon length modulo 3) I/Ac : initiation signal or 3' splice site score (tenth bit units) Do/T : 5' splice site or termination signal score (tenth bit units) CodRg : coding region score (tenth bit units) P : probability of exon (本系統不支援此功能) Tscr : 最後得分 Genoa hits used Target Protein: protein in which the hit is located 蛋白質資料的符合位置 P.beg : position of beginning in protein 符合位置起點（蛋白質） P.end : position of end in protein 符合位置終點（蛋白質） G.beg : position of beginning in DNA (nucleotide position on forward strand) 符合位置起點（DNA） G.end : position of end in DNA (nucleotide position on forward strand) 符合位置終點（DNA） RF : reading frame (forwrd strand codon ending at x has frame x mod 3) Program : name of program used for alignments, for reference E-val : probability that this is not a correct prediction 請問上述是否有錯誤或是不明的地方？（老實說我很多真的看不懂) 懇請指教，謝謝 --
