標題[問題] DNA bp位置 & reporter基因

【問題】：
1.一個DNA片段有2000多個有同位素標記的bp，將其和不同細胞之萃取物混合。請問這是
哪種實驗？為何bp有不同位置？為何不同細胞有不同的位置？
2.若把reporter gene system 放入細胞，如何設計實驗，使reporter gene表現出組織專
一性或時間階段性？
【問題起因】：緊急
【個人看法】：
1. 因為不同的細胞DNA有不同的長度??
2. (1) 用inducible (regulated) factors，(就是RNAP II) ?
或(2) 使用Run-on assay 分析...cDNA複製?
