標題[問題] Affy Chip Annotation

請問一下
Mouse430_2 的 platform
用 R package "annaffy" 去調 Symbol column
發現大約有 6000 個 Probe Sets 沒有 gene Symbol ( "" )
而且照理來說
應該會有些 Probe Sets 會對應到多個 gene Symbol
可是這個 package 似乎都是 one PBid to one Symbol
請問有什麼建議的補強方法嗎?
