以下是老師給的提示
There will be five questions related to the following topics:
1. Cell-cell signaling,cell fates and tissue induction
2. Cell-type specification in early neural development
3. Propagation of action potentials in nerve cells
4. Communication at synapses
5. Using mutation to study development(experiment result interpretation)
For questions 1-4,please refer to the chapter contents and
“review the concepts”in the textbook plus the slides that the teacher
prepared for the classes.
For question 5,make sure that you understand the principles of mutational
screen for studying development(page 999,classic experiment 22.1)
