【職缺名稱】Research Investigator– Functional Assessment– Cell Therapy 【徵才單位】臺灣百濟神州 BeiGene(Taiwan) We are seeking an exceptional, highly motivated scientist to join Cell therapy at BeiGene to enable preclinical research and development in the cell therapy arena. The ideal candidate must be proficient in in vitro functional assessment of cell therapy. The successful applicant will join the effort to establish and execute strategies in building functional assessment platforms that can best predict clinical outcomes for various cell-based therapeutic modalities. 【工作地址】台北市內湖區 【工作內容】 1. The candidate will leverage their strong scientific experience to establish and drive pre-clinical functional assessment strategies for clinical outcome prediction of cell therapy products designed to treat hematological malignancies and solid tumors. 2. Provide technical and scientific insight to evaluate characterization assays and predictive models for new and more effective cell therapies. 3. Design and execute cellular, immunological, and molecular biology experiments based on functional assessment strategies, project timelines, and well-defined goals. 4. Work effectively and independently, and coordinate experiments with other scientists across functional teams for cross-disciplinary projects. 5. Data analysis and interpretation, communicate scientific data and concepts effectively to stakeholders through presentations, protocols, and reports. 6. Accurately and timely document all work in a laboratory notebook to enable clinical studies and patent applications. 【徵才條件】 1. Ph.D. in Immunology, Cancer Biology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or related fields with 2+ years of relevant experience in immune biology/cell therapy. 2. Expertise and extensive hands-on experience in developing and executing in vitro cellular assays, including, immune cell phenotyping, cytotoxicity, proliferation, migration, cytokine, and multicolor flow cytometry analysis, to characterize NK and T cells for cancer therapy. 3. The successful candidate should have effective teamwork and excellent interpersonal communication skills. 4. Strong work ethic and self-motivated, self-disciplined, hands-on, and able to multi-task under pressure in a fast-paced environment. 5.
