小Guerrero 在今天下午向媒體發表了聲明
「我為我前幾日的言論感到後悔。我打從心底覺得我需要向球迷跟隊友道歉。我會繼續努力
，讓我的合約變得更好。」
Vladimir Guerrero Jr made a statement to media this afternoon:
“I regret my comments the other day. I felt from my heart that my fans and my t
eammates needed an apology from me. I’m going to continue working hard to make
my contract great.”

Guerrero說他花了些時間思考了自己的言論，他感覺那些話沒有完全反映他想表達的意思。
「這是讓人失望的一年，今年我無法幫助我的球隊完成我們的目標，這對我來說這很難受。
」
Guerrero says he’s taken additional time to consider his comments and feels the
y don’t reflect what he wanted to say:
“It’s been a disappointing year for me. I couldn’t help my team to accomplish
our goal. It’s hard for me.”

Guerrero表示他已經向隊友道歉，他也跟他的父親談過這件事。
「他告訴我我做錯了，並且要確保我有做到現在做的事，也就是向我的球迷道歉。」
Guerrero says he apologized to his teammates today. He also spoke to his father
about it:
“He told me what I did was wrong and to make sure that I do what I’m doing rig
ht now — to give my fans an apology.”

藍鳥總教練John Schneider說他在過去幾天跟Guerrero進行了「富有成效的對話」。
他表示Guerrero今天到球場時希望向隊友以及球迷說明自己的想法，為前幾天的言論做澄清
。

Schneider稱呼Guerrero是他所見過最優秀的隊友之一
「他每一天都很投入訓練，準備好上場。由於合約以及其他種種因素，他可能很容易就成為
被抨擊的對象。但我覺得對他來說，最重要的還是（藍鳥隊更衣室裡）的人對他的看法。」
Schneider called Guerrero “one of the best teammates that I’ve ever seen. He d
