Minnesota Twins outfielder Byron Buxton, who has been on the injured list
since Aug. 30, will undergo arthroscopic surgery on his right hip and miss
the remainder of the season.
明尼蘇達雙城隊外野手 Byron Buxton 自 8 月 30 日起就被列入傷兵名單，他將接受右髖
關節關節鏡手術，並缺席本季剩餘的所有比賽。
Buxton, a three-time All-Star, has been on the IL three times this season
because of hip issues.
曾三度入選明星賽的 Byron Buxton，本季因髖關節問題已三度進入傷兵名單。
He hit .254 with 25 home runs and 46 RBIs in 93 games this season. The
oft-injured Buxton has played in fewer than 100 games in nine of his 12
seasons.
他本季在 93 場比賽中繳出打擊率 .254、25 支全壘打和 46 分打點的成績。傷病纏身
的 Byron Buxton 在他 12 個職業生涯賽季中，有 9 個賽季的出賽場次不足 100 場。
Buxton, 32, is expected to recover in time for spring training.

The Twins are in third place in the American League Central, six games behind
the Chicago White Sox, with 16 games remaining in the regular season entering
Friday's action. Minnesota is 4½ games back in the race for the final AL
wild-card spot, but three other teams ahead of them are also on the outside
looking in.
