Fisher purchased a $29.25 million, 10,094 square-foot two-story home in the ultr
a-luxury, guard-gated The Summit Club in Summerlin, which was the third-highest-
priced home sale in Las Vegas history, just behind Celine Dion’s $30 million ho
me sale and last year’s $35 million transaction, both involving properties in t
he Summit Club.

Athletics manager Mark Kotsay purchased a home in Henderson a month after his co
ntract was extended through 2028, the first season the team plans to be in Las V
egas.
In March, Kotsay and his wife, Jamie, purchased the single-story 4,255-square-fo
ot home in the exclusive, guard-gated Anthem Country Club for $3.1 million, acco
rding to Clark County property records.
