在美國跟「卡仔」見面 吉力吉撈只說How are you？
〔記者倪婉君／斗六報導〕在總教練葉君璋欽點下，吉力吉撈．鞏冠今年出任味全龍隊長，
他今天也分享年初和隊友、教練赴美國Driveline Baseball訓練中心的收穫，只是被問及巧
遇台美混血的響尾蛇球星卡洛爾時，他則笑說：「沒說什麼，就問他How are you而已。」
吉力吉撈今天正式接下隊長職務，透露去年球季結束葉總就跟他提這件事，「我當下就想，
隊長要做什麼？因為我從小到大都沒當過隊長，但應該也是時候給自己一個責任。」吉力吉
撈也轉述葉總的想法，「葉總說，就是把你自己做好，其他人就會跟著。」
龍隊去年挑戰連霸失利後，不但在補強方面下功夫，也將球員、教練送往日本、美國進修，
而吉力吉撈就和朱育賢等一行17人赴美，他表示Driveline的教練滿強調用身體的力量去打
球，「其實我以前也是這樣做，我覺得還滿好的，去那邊之後，更想知道他們怎樣將重訓去
帶到技術層面，因為好像都有一套訓練方式。」
吉力吉撈在美訓練期間也分享和「卡仔」卡洛爾的合照，一度引來球迷好奇是否趁機問他是
否有意加入台灣隊，「沒有，就HOW ARE YOU而已，沒有問那麼多。」吉力吉撈還回去拜訪
以前在印地安人時期（現守護者）的教練，「他們還嚇一跳說，你怎麼會回來，回來打球嗎
？ 我說沒有，回來看你們。」
