Today we were informed that MLB has concluded its investigation into
allegations that have been made against Trevor Bauer,and the Commissioner has
issued his decision regarding discipline.
The Dodgers organization takes all allegations of this nature very seriously
and does not condone or excuse any acts of domestic violence or sexual
assault.
We've cooperated fully with MLB's investigation since it began,and we fully
support MLB's Joint Domestic Violence, Sexual Assult,and Child Abuse Policy.
We understand Trevor Bauer has the right to appeal the Commissioner's
decision.Therefore,we will not comment further until the process is complete.
今天我們收到消息，大聯盟已經結束了對Trevor Bauer指控的調查，專員已經
發布了關於懲處的決定。
道奇隊球團非常嚴肅地對待所有此類性質的指控，不會寬恕或原諒任何家庭暴力或性侵犯
行為。
我們從一開始就全力配合 MLB 的調查，我們全力支持 MLB 的聯合家庭暴力、性侵犯和虐
待兒童政策。
我們知道Trevor Bauer有權利對專員的決定提出上訴。因此，在程序完成之前，我們不會
進一步評論。

’s domestic violence & sexual assault policy. I am appealing this action and
expect to prevail. As we have throughout this process, my representatives & I
respect the confidentiality of the proceedings.
在此強烈表明，我否認有任何違反聯盟家庭暴力和性侵犯政策的行為。 我正在對這一
懲處提出上訴，並希望獲勝。 正如我們在整個過程中所做的那樣，我的代表和我尊重訴
訟程序的機密性。
坦白說雖然身為躲粉，但對球團方的聲明感到非常失望，完全沒有要袒護自家球員的意思
，而且是判兩年耶，還是說美國(或是說大聯盟)沒在跟你搞罪刑法定原則跟比例原則的?
