Greg Oden, Portland Trail Blazers: (last year: 11th) A broken wrist. Microfracture surgery. A sprained foot, hurt when Andrew Bynum grabbed him from behind and forced him to stay on the floor instead of allowing him to jump at the rim. A chipped kneecap, struck by Corey Maggette on accident. A fractured left patella tendon, hurt as he landed awkwardly after contesting a shot against Houston. These are quite a few injuries, for someone who has been playing on the NCAA or NBA level since 2006. But they're different injuries. Freak injuries. Not like Yao Ming or Zydrunas Ilgauskas or Bill Walton turning their feet into dust with repeated stress fractures. These are just things that have gone incredibly wrong. So, I'd like to rank Oden higher. I really would. And while some might want to see him paired with Yao Ming around the same spot, it needs to be shouted that Greg Oden is not Yao Ming. He hasn't had the same repeated injuries in the same spot. He's injury-prone, yes, but only in the most literal sense of the phrase. If Oden stays healthy and can limit his fouls? He's top five. Marcus Camby, Portland Trail Blazers (last year: 10th) We keep waiting for Camby's eventual drop-off, which may have informed his middle-of-the-road ranking a little too much as we enter 2010-11. His overall stats, adjusted for pace and minutes, were right in line with his career averages last year, even at age 35, and he seems to be growing more and more comfortable hanging with the screen-and-roll defensively, even as he gets older. 等著看Camby何時大衰退的人要失望了 35歲的他交出的數據仍然跟生涯平均差不多 而且隨著年紀增加，他的P&R防守還變好了 PF 11. LaMarcus Aldridge, Portland Trail Blazers (last year: seventh) Factoring in minutes and pace and efficiency and all that, and LMA has more or less been the same player since his rookie year. That might disappoint some who see the potential for stardom in him (people like me, who see those gifts and that length and wonder why he can't do more with it), but if you're going to get stuck in a rut, 18 points and a little under eight boards a game isn't all that bad a rut to find yourself in. 雖然沒有展現出飛躍的成長令有些支持者失望，為什麼不能做出更多貢獻呢?? 但換個角度看，18+8的成績至少也算不差了是吧 SF 13. Nicolas Batum, Portland Trail Blazers (last year: 30th) Before you accuse me of getting a bit batty with Nic, understand that this 21-year-old made 41 percent of his 3-pointers last season, coming through with double-figure scoring despite playing just half a game. Toss in the kid's good defense and (hopeful) ability to develop an NBA-level in-between game, and you could have a real comer for 2010-11. 在質疑Batum的排名是否過高的時候，別忘記他才21歲 上季已經有41%的三分，以及他的防守有成為大鎖的潛力 SG 3. Brandon Roy, Portland Trail Blazers (last year: third) Roy took a bit of a step back in 2009-10, but, if anything, it pointed out that his all-world play in 2008-09 might be a bit of an aberration and last season is more of the norm. But what a norm it is -- 26 other teams would kill for that "norm." Roy averaged 21.5 points and 9.1 combined assists/rebounds on a team with the fewest possessions per game. The injuries worry the heck out of me, but let's not get into that until we have to, OK? 對比09-10，Roy的表現的確有些退步 但21.5的平均得分，助攻加籃板也有9.1個，這標準仍然很棒 還有雖然他的傷病令人卻步，但這等到發生時再說吧 PG 14. Andre Miller, Portland Trail Blazers (last year: 13th) You kind of hate ranking a guy who dropped 52 in a game last season around the middle of the pack at his position, but if you watched that game, you'd know ... yeah, it was Dallas. Perhaps I've underrated Dre, worried about the drop-off that is bound to come at some point. Perhaps I'm wondering if he'll float through this season, like he did (in a contract year, no less) in 2008-09. Perhaps he could also be the guy who puts Greg Oden on the All-Star team in 2011. Everyone root for the third "perhaps." Perhaps, perhaps, perhaps. 把上季曾得到52分的人放在這裡似乎有些不尊重，但那場的對手可是小牛喔(??) 還有本季也算是Miller的合約年，能期待他來個小爆發嘛 或許還能期待他能成為把Oden領進明星賽的那個人 --
