Sexual Assault Report Involves Randolph, But He Is Not A Suspect

USA Today - Police confirmed Monday that a sexual assault report taken last
week involves Portland Trail Blazers forward Zach Randolph, but he was not
named as a suspect.
Sgt. Brian Schmautz, spokesman for the Portland Police Bureau, said he had
gotten calls about the report last week but was unable to confirm them at the
time.
He said the investigation was continuing with detectives interviewing
potential witnesses to the Aug. 14 incident.
But Schmautz emphasized "the Police Bureau is not identifying Zach Randolph
as a suspect in the criminal investigation."

這幾篇是在說Randolph被指控涉及某起性侵害案件，
但波特蘭警方則認為目前並沒有證據證明Randolph就是嫌疑犯，
拓荒者官網發出聲明認為他由於案件仍在調查當中，
他們也很難做出評論，但就得到的訊息來說警方並沒有將Randolph視為嫌疑犯。
其實對球員而言類似的案件真的不少，畢竟他們樹大招風，
前陣子湖人的Kwame Brown也被誣告性侵害，但最後法官也還給他一個清白。
