Quick's take:"I think the loudest statement right now is being made by coach Cheeks, and he said that Zach Randolph will not be in the starting lineup, and it doesn't matter if he's 100% or not." Clip 2 - The guards have been on fire, but Zach returns and they go cold. Are these events related? Quick's take:"This team isn't built correctly around Zach yet. If you're going to play to Zach's strengths, then you need some spot-up shooters." Clip 3 - So you've framed this mess pretty well. Now what's the solution? Quick's take:"For the remainder of the season...they keep the same starting lineup and when Zach's in there, you reduce the number of plays that are run through him." Clip 4 - Will Shareef Abdur-Rahim start when he returns from injury? Quick's take:"I think Maurice is committed to this new lineup with Nick, Damon, Ruben, Theo and Joel." I think the Blazers will look to Phil Jackson." Clip 6 - Your thoughts on Damon wanting to be promised a front- office job with the Blazers? Quick's take:"I think he would take a role where he would groom Sebastian Telfair, as long as he knew that at the end of it, he would be rewarded with a front office job." Clip 7 - Why didn't John Nash try to trade Woods and Stepania to Miami for Wes Person? Quick's take:"That's an excellent question. And I don't have the answer. I think we could be asking right now too why the Toronto deal did not go down when it appears that the Nets gave up far less than what the Blazers were offering." Clip 8 - What's the situation with Derek Anderson? Quick's take:"Maurice Cheeks says it's all about effort with Derek Anderson. He feels that Derek became complacent with this team. This is what Maurice Cheeks told him: I want to see you sweat." Clip 9 - Is making the playoffs still the top priority for this team? Quick's take:"Yeah. John Nash said he's not ready to wave the white flag on this season yet." --
