If the request for a time-out or a substitution is made before the ball is at the disposal of a player for a throw-in following the free throw (s), the time out or the substitution shall be granted for both teams if the last or only free throw is successful. 若要求暫停或替補是在執行罰球以後，發界外球球置於球員可處理位置前提出。 如最後一次或僅有一次罰球罰中，應允許兩隊暫停或替補。 2. If a free throw(s) is followed by a throw-in at the centre line extended, opposite the scorer’s table, the time-out or the substitution shall be granted after the last free throw for both teams whether the last free throw is successful or not. 若罰球以後接著於記錄台對面中線延伸線外發界外球。無論最後一次罰球是否罰中， 應允許兩隊暫停或替補。 3. During the last two (2) minutes of the fourth (4th) period or each extra-period, if a time out is granted: * to the non-scoring team after the valid field goal, * to the team that has been awarded the possession of the ball in its back court, 若在第四節或是每次延長賽的最後兩分鐘期間允許暫停： ＊在有效的投球中籃後，非得分隊請求暫停。 ＊獲得發後場界外球的球隊請求暫停。 the throw-in, following the time-out, shall be administrated at the centre line extended, opposite the scorer’s table. The player taking the throw-in shall be entitled to pass the ball to a team-mate at any place on the playing court. 暫停後的發界外球，應在記錄台對面中線延伸線外執行。得以將球傳給場內任何位置的 隊友。 The above amendments are valid for all main official FIBA competitions as of 1st October 2005. 上述修正在2005年10月01日起對所有國際籃總官方主要的競賽生效。 亞洲在2006年01月 01日開始實施。 --
