標題[問題][AM] Suffered severe bird...

B78706 2009-11-26 Flight Phase: 4 NAS - KHH
Suffered severe birdstrike on LH eng, which cause ENG flameout. Performed
emergency shut down procedure. Closer inspection showed that engine inlet has
sufferede severe damages.
