HOUSTON -- The Houston Astros have recalled left-hander Dallas Keuchel from Triple-A Oklahoma City and placed left-hander Travis Blackley on the 15-day disabled list. Keuchel was scheduled to arrive in Houston before Saturday night's game against Oakland. He went 3-8 with a 5.27 ERA in 16 starts for the Astros last season.
