What is the likelihood of Chia-Jen Lo coming to the big club next spring? Or
will he go through the farm system as a Draft choice would for grooming?

It looks like Lo will be groomed through the Minor League system, and
according to what we heard during his press conference last week, he's
probably
two or three years away from the big leagues. If this works out,
this could be a great pickup. Lo has a good curveball and a fastball that has
peaked at 96 mph, and he also has a good slider and split-fingered fastball.
He's targeted as a future late-game reliever, possibly a closer. And he's
only 22 years old.
Is that an old news?
