標題[認蟲] 像蚊子的蟲，但好像不會叮人

蠻常看到這種蟲
跟蚊子有87%像
但看起來不會吸血
沒有吸血用的口器
特色是前腳向前伸直像牛角一樣
請問這到底是什麼蟲呢？
