Wiltord announces retirement from football

Former Arsenal striker Sylvain Wiltord has announced his retirement from
football at the age of 38.
The France international made 175 appearances in his four years at the Club,
scoring 49 goals. The most famous of those was his strike at Old Trafford in
May 2002, which clinched the Double for the Gunners.
Wiltord won two Premier League titles and two FA Cups in his time with
Arsenal and was a member of the 2003/04 'Invincibles' squad that went through
an entire season unbeaten. He moved to Lyon in 2004 before spells at Rennes,
Marseille, Metz and Nantes.
An energetic forward, Wiltord also won 92 caps for France, scoring 26 goals
including an injury-time equaliser in the Euro 2000 final against Italy,
which Les Bleus won in extra-time.
現年38歲的前槍手維爾托德宣布掛靴。
這位法國國腳為兵工廠效力四年、出賽175場、有過49個進球，其中最著名的進球2002年
五月八日在老特拉福球場的那一個進球幫助兵工廠在那一個雙冠王賽季拿下足總盃冠軍。
Wiltord曾幫助兵工廠贏過兩座英超聯賽冠軍和兩座足總盃冠軍，同時他也是03-04不敗賽
季成員。
謝謝他過去效力兵工廠時的貢獻，祝他退休生活平安快樂。
