即使你沒有面對它，羊兒 它一直在你背後讓你心煩，它們是造成你壓力的來源，
但是如果你現在面對他，好好處理，你會發現其實沒有那麼可怕～
而且一旦你解決完，你就可以好好休息，不會因為它再讓你煩心
